The Department of Statistics at Colorado State University will be hosting the second biennial Graybill Conference during June 18-20, 2003.  The inaugural Graybill Conference was held during June 12-15, 2001 on topics in Linear and Generalized Linear Models.

The theme of this year's conference is Microarrays, Bioinfomatics, and related topics.  The conference will include invited talks by leading researchers in these fields.  In addition, we will have contributed paper sessions and poster paper sessions.

As part of the Graybill Conference 2003, Dr. Steen Knudsen will conduct a one-day tutorial on the analysis of microarray data on June 18, 2003, at Colorado State University.  The tutorial is intended for biologists interested in learning about current techniques for microarray data analysis and for statisticians interested in developing familiarity with this fast growing field offering exciting opportunities for creative use of statistical techniques.
