Acknowledgements of Thanks

Our small department is always grateful for donations. The following people were kind enough to think of us when older equipment had outlived its usefulness to them.

• Wayne Trzyna (system admin) and Stephen B. Seidman (department chair) of the CS department for NCD xterminals, DECstations, HP300s, an SGI INDY, a Sun monitor, several Sparc 2s and HP 9000 machines, several Sparc 10 and Sparc 20 machines, a couple of Ultra 1s and various other odds and ends.
• Matt Reynolds of Aztek Engineering for 2 NCD 19r xterms and 1 NCD color xterm base.
• Linda Willett for a Sun IPC system + monitor and many other goodies.
• Rusty Scott of Natural Resources for 7 color NCD xterms and 3 color monitors to go along with them.
• Kelly Ippolito of Liberal Arts for a large box and a small box of network cards.
• James Lyall of Applied Human Sciences for scads of DDS tapes.
• Jim Cox of CNS for trading us a Sun Netra 105. It has quickly become the most used machine in the department.
