Comments: Neil's third scratch rocket. He was bold to launch it in 25mph winds on its second flight. It actually flew and recovered fine, but then before he could retrieve it, the wind blew it about a mile down the prairie. It was eventually recovered, but severely damaged. Now, scars and all, it is ready to fly again.
