Bayesian Hierarchical Modeling of Disease Dynamics - A Case Example Using Chronic Wasting Disease

This is a five year, $2.5 million study funded by the National Science Foundation to develop new understanding of Chronic Wasting Disease. As part of this study, our group will develop new statistical models on disease dynamics for infectious diseases.
