Class Time and Location: TTh 2:10 pm-4:00 pm, NES B-101
Schedule Notes:
  • Spring Break: March 6-10.
  • Class cancellation: No class on May 2 and 4.
  • Extra Classes: To replace the above classes, extra sessions will be held on dates to be announced.

Course content: This course covers the theory of the general linear model, a core element of a classical graduate statistics education.

Prerequisites: Students are required to have passed ST540 and should know linear algebra and matrix theory at the advanced undergraduate level.

Computing: Books on 2 hour reserve in the Morgan Library: Homework:

Homework will be assigned regularly. Working together to discuss problems in broad, conceptual terms is encouraged, as are discussions where one person tries to educate another without giving away the answer. However, simply sharing or copying solutions is not allowed.
