The software for the book is available in two formats: one for unix and one for dos/win.
The unix file is in .tar.Z format; the files contained therein are all named in lowercase and all use unix end-of-line termination. In addition, all fortran files end in .f.
In contrast, the dos/win file is in .zip format; the files contained therein are all named in uppercase and all use dos/win end-of-line termination. In addition, all fortran files end in .FOR.
