filings intended to counter the U.S. Department of Justice's attempts
to turn the company into a regulated monopoly.  How?  Simple.  The
fine print at the end of one of their public court filings -- by 
definition beyond the reach of copyright protection -- reads: 'All
rights reserved' -- whether they exist or not, evidently."
