(bldg/land):
        n=4, confounding(most $ was only one with bldg + high ADT)
        extrapolation ($18.92)
    There also was a 'slight' problem with how ADT was counted for the
    subject property
   size vs year: extrapolation ? (1991)    imp + size: keep size? ( sig
tests are two-tail!)     size vs Isize: which? 50/50 ? (interpretation:
jury vs. extrapolating)

1)where did $28 come from? ( original = $24 had ADT revised from 87,000
to 67,000!)  2)My estimate from the data analysis: $6.97 (Isize),
$7.36(size) 3)DHW appraiser: $6.75 4)jury: $8

Results: actually 43,000 sf --- >     $28*43,000 =$1,204,000   = asking
                             $17*43,000 =$  731,000
                             ="split-the-difference"
                $8 *43,000 =$   344,000  =jury decision
                             $7 *43,000 =$   301,000  ="data"
                $6 *43,000 =$   258,000  =CHD
BTW - Green had to pay his attorneya, other experts and court costs,
which was
 estimated to be close to $100,000
