Posters
Poster specifications: The number of poster space is limited; 32 spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is used up. Please register at your earliest convenience if you plan to present a poster. Each space is 4ft by 4ft. Please design/print your poster accordingly. Push pins will be available at site for setting the posters up.
Presentation: The dedicated poster presentation time is 4:40-6:00pm on Monday, June 15. During this time, the presenters are expected to be around their posters to interact with the viewers. The poster itself can and is encouraged to be on display from the time of your arrival to the banquet dinner on Tuesday to maximize its visibility. Please take your poster down after the banquet.
Award: A referee panel will review all the posters and suggest one for a poster presentation award. The recipient will get the book voucher of a book of his/her choice from a sponsoring publisher.
Deadline: May 1st is deadline for online registration and submission of poster abstract. Click here for the abstract submission page..
